Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your home decor purchases. Due to the nature of these items, please review our policy carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and protective materials intact .
2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or Damaged Items: Any frame, vase, or decorative item that has been used, shows signs of wear, or is damaged.

Opened Items: Products that have been removed from their original packaging .

Custom or Personalized Items: Frames with custom sizes, engravings, or special orders .

Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is" .

Items with Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact .

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
3. Return Process for Eligible Items

To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted .

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all protective materials (bubble wrap, foam inserts) intact .

Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For fragile items like vases and large frames, we recommend a trackable, insured service .

Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the unused item in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days . Original shipping fees are non-refundable .
4. Exchanges
To exchange an unused item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item .
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged (chipped, cracked, broken) or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery . Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the unopened packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Color & Pattern Variations
Please note that due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes (especially for handmade items), actual colors, patterns, and finishes may vary slightly from product images . These minor variations are not considered defects.
