1. How long does shipping take to the USA?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Available at checkout): 2-5 business days
    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates.

2. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight. We offer free standard shipping on orders over [e.g., $50] within the contiguous USA.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous USA?
We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

7. Are your products handmade?
Many of our items, especially ceramics and certain decorative pieces, are handmade or hand-finished. This means each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, texture, and size. These characteristics add to the beauty and authenticity of the piece and are not considered defects.

8. How do I care for my frames, vases, and decor?

  • Frames (Wood): Dust with soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture. For glass fronts, use glass cleaner on a soft cloth (not directly on frame).

  • Frames (Metal): Wipe with damp cloth; dry immediately.

  • Vases (Ceramic/Glass): Hand wash with mild soap and water; dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

  • Vases (Metal): Wipe with damp cloth; dry immediately to prevent water spots.

  • Sculptures/Decorative Items: Dust regularly with soft cloth or soft brush. For intricate pieces, use compressed air.

9. Do frames come with hanging hardware?
Most of our frames include hanging hardware (sawtooth hangers, D-rings with wire) attached. Instructions for wall mounting are typically included. Always ensure your wall can support the weight of the frame.

10. Are your vases watertight for fresh flowers?
Most ceramic, glass, and porcelain vases are watertight and suitable for fresh flowers. However, certain materials (like unsealed porous ceramics or certain metals) may not be suitable. Check the product description for specific use recommendations.
